Outside Independent Reading - Quarter 1 (Fiction)

Please find a fiction book that matches the requirements for the outside independent reading book assignment. I am receiving signature sheets for non-fiction (biography and auto-biography) books that will not be accepted for this assignment. Please see me for another signature sheet and or for ideas to avoid a zero.

Journey Haiku Poems

Due to the typo on the Life Journey Haikus I am accepting poems until the end of your class period on Wednesday, the 30th for EVEN and Thursday, August 31st for ODD. If you did not decorate your poem period 2 I will give you your poem back next class period without a penalty to add color. I plan to give back poems period 6 to revise in class today, if needed. I will change the submission date and time in Google classroom to reflect this.

Good afternoon! I will be attending a meeting on campus at 8 a.m. and not here for tutorial on Monday, August 28th. Since I do not teach period 4 I will be offering brunch help on Monday, August 28th. (I can take a brunch break after I do brunch help.) I will not be offering lunch help on Monday, August 28th.
