Homework:
1. Complete all independent reading questions #1-#6 due next class. Staple #1 and #2 if they were written neatly and you are submitting them by hard copy. You may also submit by Google classroom. I will make this an assignment in Google classroom.
2. Read The Land of the Dead in your workbook on pages 576-579. Annotate and add to your flow map.
3. Keep reading your Independent Reading Book. The Book Review is due October 16th.
Due today:
Last chance to submit Haikus (if not submitted or you needed to revise)
Agenda: Finish your Beginning of the Year Test! (Pearson)
1. Read your independent reading book for 20 minutes.
2. Make a flow map for pages 564-571 (minimum one box per page except for pages 570 and 571) This is the Cyclops section. We discussed this section as a class and I finished reading the Cyclops section aloud. Please add the last Cyclops pages to your flow map. Go back and annotate as needed.
(A digital flow map of the first three flow map boxes is now in Google classroom.) See me or a classmate for the flow map pages 564-571.
